Designed for sports teams, associations, businesses, tournaments, schools, charities, and festivals, our program is meant to give groups access to premium custom headwear, that feels elevated, authentic and specifically designed to meet your needs.

With over 24 years of product design and development experience in the sporting goods and hockey industry, we know that exceptional headwear starts with creative design, premium materials, and quality craftsmanship. Every hat that we produce is built to stand out and, more importantly, to be something people are genuinely proud to wear.
Every custom product is designed here in Canada, and built with purpose through our trusted factories.
From concept to completion, it is a collaborative effort. We work closely with our partners to create headwear that reflects their identity, tells their story, and stands out in a crowd.

Program Details
Our custom process is simple:
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 units per style/colour
- Turnaround Time: 45-60 days from final design approval
- Design Support: Full custom mockups with adjustments as needed
- Pricing: Based on quantity, style, and customization details
- Payment Terms: 50% deposit to begin production, with balance due upon shipment
Styles: snapbacks, trucker hats, fitted hats, mesh backs, full fabric hats, rope hats, toques, beanies, and much more.
Sizing: Our standard fit is a M/L and fits a wide range of head sizes from youth to adult. The circumference is 56 cm with all holes filled on the adjustable strap. We also offering youth and oversized options when MOQ's are met.
Finishes: Flat embroideries, raised 3D embroideries, damask woven patches, vulcanized rubber patches, prints, specialty fabrics, and unique colour ways. The possibilities are endless.
